A 24-month enhanced development programme for recent Engineering graduates who demonstrate potential to reach leadership positions. The programme includes a structured learning journey across various business disciplines, preparing graduates for key roles within the FMCG giant. This specific stream is focused on Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• As a Future Leader, responsibilities will be defined by specific engineering rotations within the business, but generally involve contributing to engineering projects, applying theoretical knowledge, and participating in the structured development programme

Qualifications

• Education:
• A relevant BSc/BEng Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Must have recently completed a 3rd- or 4th-year tertiary qualification
• Academic Average: Minimum 65%
• Essential Criteria:
• Citizen of South Africa
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer literate in MS Word and Excel
• Not worked full-time for more than 1 year in their field of study (excluding workplace experience)
• High ambition, self-motivation, and a strong desire for an FMCG career at Tiger Brands
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate during the programme
